About this villa rental
Beautiful villa from the 80s, completely renovated, on the edge of the Arcachon basin (towards Cap Ferret).
Facing south, you will appreciate the proximity to the beach and the tranquility of the place.
On the ground floor: the day part consists of a kitchen, a large glazed living room with fireplace, a covered terrace with bbq, a shower room / wc, a garage.
Upstairs, the sleeping area offers 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a terrace.
Enclosed garden (+/- 750 m2) + garden shed.
The region is very well equipped with cycle paths (all along the ocean and the basin). Bikes available.
No household linen available.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Arès. La maison est très bien située sur le bassin et grâce aux vélos fournis, il est très simple de se déplacer dans le centre. Equipements OK, bonne nouvelle avec le WIFI qui n'était pas mentionné

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison et dans cette région. Une période idéale pour découvrir le bassin d'Arcachon côté nature... un endroit paisible avec un paysage changeant à chaque heure de la journée. La maison est idéalement située ! Boire son café le matin les pieds dans le sable à contempler le paysage parsemé de quelques voiliers est un vrai luxe !
Pour l'accueil et la procédure d'arrivée et de départ, parfait ! Karine est très chaleureuse et partage ses bons plans locaux avec sourire et bonne humeur.
En bref nous recommandons cette adresse :-)

Séjour certes agréable mais maison globalement trop chère par rapport aux prestations, notamment :
- lave-vaisselle inopérant (malgré remise de liquide de rinçage, différents produits essayés...) ; dommage de faire la vaisselle à la main pour 7 en vacances...
- four dont on ne peut pas régler la température et bloqué à >> 220 °C
- vélos mis à disposition, a priori un très bon point, mais pas de freins sur les vélos ce qui est dangereux...
En synthèse, bon séjour, mais on surpaie la proximité du bassin d'Arcachon.
