    I booked this apartment on the first night in Hanoi. The picture on the agoda is very beautiful and warm, but in fact, the check-in is not the same as shown in the picture at all. Although the staff is very amiable, the actual situation of the apartment is disappointing. There is no hot water for the shower. It is about 200 meters away from the main street, but there are also markets, pho and laundry services around. If you want to make a reservation, please consider it at your discretion.

    I needed something relatively cheap, so I booked here but it turned out to be a disaster. Don't pay at hotel: didn't even turn out to be cheap because they charged 3-4% for cards and irrespective of whom it goes to, it should have made clear during booking. They defaulted to pay at hotel. Wifi: ultra slow- not even 6 MB at best. Bathroom: the shower handle was nice but they did not do their drainage correctly. So the water would fill the bathroom very fast. Ultra thin mattress and pillow: there should be a competition for this. Unauthorized entry: when I checked-in, it had no towels in it and I just went out for the eve and suddenly there is a towel. Room cleaner in the same as the check-in? Really? Location: this maybe subjective but I booked here so that I can be clear to french quarter or cafes, so that I can go out for shopping or sit in a cafe and work but there is a huge roadcross that is very annoying. If it's incredibly cheap, maybe consider it (less than 20 dollars), otherwise stay away from it.
