This Guanacaste Province studio offers a unique combination of privacy and proximity to the pristine sands of Playa San Miguel (just a 90 second walk!). With a covered private plunge pool, you'll cool off in the warm summer days and sleep like a hibernating bear.
The studio has a queen bed, black-out curtains, a kitchen with full size refrigerator, and all the essentials for cooking (stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, utensils, and more). There's a small desk/table for meals and/or computer work.
The property has a main house in the front and two independent, private studios in the back, each with their own plunge pool and private bathroom suite.
The garden has an outdoor shower for post-beach rinsing. The landscape is set against Costa Rica’s lush greenery and vibrant flowers.
