Room was super clean, modern and fit me perfectly. The front desk staff Judith Katherine was super helpful when I arrived late at night. She explained everything in English since I don’t speak Spanish. She really went above and beyond to help me with all my questions and check in. House keeping was also very helpful since I didn’t want any service and they respected it. The night security guard was the sweetest always smiling and welcoming when I went in and out. Overall as a solo female traveler on my very first solo trip this hotel and staff was the best.

Great room, very clean. Sheets were crisp and smelled really clean. It’s a very small boutique hotel, but I highly recommend it. Great location if you want to be in the middle of Provenza/El Poblado zone. Many restaurants and bars at walking distance. Not recommended for people looking for a quiet stay and a quite zone. This is a very active night life area.

As a designer, I really appreciated the hotel from a design standpoint — it’s visually stunning and clearly very well thought out. The architecture, interiors, and overall atmosphere feel cohesive and intentional, which makes the experience stand out.
The location is also excellent: close enough to all the action, but just far enough to avoid the noise and chaos of the party areas, which makes a big difference for resting well.
The hotel team was amazing throughout the stay — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The quality of the sheets, towels, and overall room finishes was also very good, which added to the comfort.
My only downside was the lack of storage space in the room. There’s barely any place to put your clothes or organize your luggage — just a couple of hangers, and everything else has to stay inside your suitcase, which isn’t ideal for longer stays.
Breakfast could also be improved. It’s not bad and definitely works, but it feels a bit basic compared to the overall level of the hotel.
That said, everything else was truly great, and I would definitely recommend it.
