    We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing getaway. Although we didn't arrive until after midnight, the staff and security team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They clearly explained where we needed to go, the check-in and check-out procedures, and where breakfast would be served, making our late arrival completely stress-free. We stayed in the Vault Hideaway, and the room was absolutely stunning. It was beautifully presented, exceptionally spacious, and the bathroom was equally impressive. The complimentary drinks provided in the room were a lovely touch and something you don't often find elsewhere. Despite staying on a Friday and Saturday night, the hotel was wonderfully quiet, allowing for a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast. Although there was only one other family dining, our breakfast took approximately 20–30 minutes to arrive, which felt longer than expected. The food itself was enjoyable; however, the menu could be clearer, as not all ingredients were listed, which may be difficult for guests with dietary requirements or allergies. We also noticed there was limited choice, and for those who do not drink tea or coffee, there were no alternative complimentary drinks offered. Overall, this was a fantastic stay with excellent accommodation and outstanding customer service. We would certainly return and would happily recommend it to others.
