Welcome to Honey Bee Holler, your peaceful Smoky Mountain retreat 🏡. This 3-story, pet-friendly cabin offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and cozy spaces made for family memories. Tucked high in the mountains 🌄 yet only 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge, Dollywood 🎢, and Gatlinburg 🌲, it’s the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. Bring your furry friends 🐾 and enjoy relaxing days and playful nights surrounded by nature’s beauty.
The Space
Bedroom 1 🛏️: Main level with a full bath 🛁 and soaking tub.
Bedroom 2 🛌: Open loft bedroom upstairs, warm and inviting.
Living Room 🛋️: Cozy gas fireplace 🔥 and sleeper sofa for extra guests.
Kitchen 🍳: Fully stocked for home-style cooking.
Dining Area 🍽️: Farm table for family meals or dine al fresco on the deck with BBQ 🍔 and outdoor seating.
Game Room 🎮 (downstairs): Big screen Smart TV 📺, pool table 🎱, foosball ⚽, shuffleboard 🏒, and barrel arcade 🕹️.
Bedroom 3 🛏️: Shared open space in the game room with twin bunk and ottoman.

Woof! Up to two pets welcome — please keep them off the furniture or use the provided pet covers. 🐶 Driveway is steep; drive cautiously.
Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.
Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.
We recommend 4WD during the winter months due to the uncertainty of the weather and terrain.
NOTE: Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.

This property is amazing! We will be saving it and using it yearly for our trip! The game room and movie room is amazing for young kids! We loved it.

The house was clean and actually had TP and Paper towels to get us started. The beds were comfortable and we had a ton of towels. The game room is a plus.

We had a blast. The house was awesome and very convenient to everything.
With the game room being downstairs … the kids felt like they had their own little space. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Thanks☺️.
