Located on the 3rd floor of Cowes (Lift access) most popular apartment block, "The Waves" is this well presented spacious studio apartment offering great water views from your own private North facing balcony.
FREE WIFI - NOT PET FRIENDLY
Enjoy the north facing/beach view from the balcony while watching the Sunset or simply just sit back, relax and watch the world go by.
Step inside to an open plan kitchenette/sleeping area with 2 king single beds. 
The kitchenette area has a fridge, microwave and ceramic cook top.
The lounge area has couches, TV and Queen Size bed.  
The bathroom has a shower, basin, toilet & corner spa bath.
There is secure underground parking for one car under the office. 
LINEN IS SUPPLIED FOR ALL BOOKINGS.
Sleeps 4 max.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain number of guests staying at this property.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Was bigger than expected. Beautiful location

On entry terrible smell as a dirty BBQ was left in the main sleeping and lounge area. Stench was unbearable had to leave balcony door open the whole time. Lots of air freshener spraying. Couches all stained, doona cover stained. The property had everything you could need. A bit of clutter of 2 fans, not sure why as there was air conditioning. Box under bench with vacuum cleaner that didn’t work. Balcony was dirty on arrival as well, we had to sweep up and wipe things down. We still enjoyed the location, not so much our accommodation. We did receive a small refund, but the welcoming was disappointing, who leaves a dirty BBQ in a closed apartment.
