Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel

Everything was clean, hot tub outside patio was great.

First time and no expectation. The property was extremely well kept and the staff and amenities were fantastic. Rooms are clean and comfortable (big). Excellent experience!

Snoqualmie Casino and Hotel was an absolutely gorgeous facility. The staff was friendly, helpful, and over the top accommodating. The property itself was tastefully decorated and meticulously appointed. We ate at the sports bar and the food was excellent and the waitress was so very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool and hot tub were gorgeous with beautiful views. Room service was amazing and the free valet very much appreciated.. I would highly recommend this Hotel and hope to be able to return someday.

Half of the food ordered at primary bar (Peak) came over an hour late and the remainder never came - making us late to rock concert. Was very difficult to get bartenders’ attention for drinks or food ordered and even for making payment. At the end, the bartender said he would comp. our order while at a screen and then walked away from us to the far end of bar for at least 5 minutes. We assumed we were finally free to go only to be tracked down by Security at the concert for payment of drinks. Apparently the mumbling and poorly attentive bartender only meant that he was comping the food. In summary, the customer service from these bartenders was horrible! Besides above, the accommodations, front desk, and valet parking were excellent. We would be happy to go back if it wasn’t for the poor customer service at the primary restaurant/bar.
