About this villa rental
The ground floor consists: living room (30m2) with large patio doors to the terrace. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa. There is a television with satellite connection, a HIFI with CD player. Four steps higher is the spacious kitchen of 30 m2 containing an abundance of film stock as 2 fridge / freezers, 1 microwave oven, 1 microwave oven, electric cooker and dishwasher and washing machine.
Furthermore, there are 2 bedrooms both with en suite bathroom with shower and sink. 1 bedroom with a double bed (200X160cm) and the other with a bunk bed (200cm X 80cm).
In the spacious hall is the guest bathroom. Three steps lead down to the third bedroom with a double bed (200X160cm), adjoining bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. This room has two French doors that open onto a terrace overlooking the pool.
On the first floor you will find an attic of 30m2 to relax, play, etc.

Our stay at the villa in Villecroze went perfectly. Communication with Carmelita went very well, the house is very pleasant and well equipped, although a little old, it could do with some renovations but that didn't stop us from having a very pleasant stay. The pool and garden are superb, perfect for relaxing, you are very peaceful but you have everything you need just a 10-minute drive away. The region is beautiful and there are plenty of things to do and see.

We had a lovely week in this house in Villecroze. The house is well equiped. There is one airco but that was enough. The fourth bedroom is upstairs which was not useful as it was too hot there. The pool is large and we spend good times here.

Overall would I recommend this property. The swimming pool was a good size and the villa was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The wifi worked well.
The location was in a good position to visit the lake and other lovely villages.
We had good communication with Carmelita who responded very quickly with any queries and questions. Mrs Blanchett the housekeeper was friendly and helpful.
