Η τοποθεσία μπροστά στη θάλασσα και οι οικοδεσπότες που ήταν κοινωνικοί, ευγενικοί και πολύ φιλικοί.
Για 4 άτομα δεν ήταν καθόλου βολικό. Στο ένα δωμάτιο είχε κλιματιστικό ενώ στο άλλο δεν είχε με αποτέλεσμα να πρέπει να δουλεύει το ένα κλιματιστικό και να μην κλείνουν οι ενδιάμεσες πόρτες. Η κουζίνα μέσα στο ένα δωμάτιο με αποτέλεσμα όποιος ήθελε να σηκωθεί από το άλλο δωμάτιο έπρεπε να πάει στο άλλο που κοιμόντουσαν. Στο μπάνιο βρύσες και λάστιχο ήταν πολύ παλιά με φθορές και σκουριές. Για 4 άτομα είχε δύο γυάλινα ποτήρια και 2 φλιτζάνια. Το μπαλκόνι είχε μεγάλο τραπέζι και δεν ήταν καθόλου ευρύχωρο. Δεν μπορούσαμε να περάσουμε.
