Großes Apartment im Ausgehviertel von Budapest

Da der Fernseher ohne Pin Code (der auch nicht im ansonsten ausführlichen Apartment Guide zu finden war) nicht funktionierte, kontaktierte ich den Vermieter drei Mal (über den gewünschten Booking.com Kanal) mit der Bitte um Hilfestellung, ohne jemals eine Antwort zu erhalten. Obwohl er im Guide betont, wie wichtig ihm feedback (sogar zu kleinen Mängeln wie zB kaputten Glühbirnen) ist, waren ihm unsere Probleme offensichtlich völlig gleichgültig. Alle Armaturen in Bad und Küche wackelig. Möbel (Sofa, Wandverbau) optisch modern aber bei Verwendung instabil und von mäßiger Qualität. Zum Teil staubig (Handtuchheizkörper, hinter dem Nachtkästchen im Wohnzimmer...) Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafsofa) abends sehr laut. Stiegenhaus und Aufzug verschmutzt.

Byli jsme dva manželské páry. Veškerá komunikace přes booking i pobyt proběhl naprosto v pořádku. Přesně dle návodu od majitele. Parkování v garáži kousek ( cca 200 m ) od ubytování v ceně. Ubytování čisťounké, žádný zápach se nekonal, dle určitých recenzí ! Kuchyňka v plné výbavě, 2 pokoje ( jeden pokoj hodně velký ) i koupelna naprosto čisté. Co se týká polohy ubytování, ideální. V podstatě jsme všude chodili pěšky, i když zastávky metra jsou kousíček. Nebyla žádná potřeba kontaktovat majitele. Takže za nás DOPORUČUJI !

Jediné zmatené ( pro nás ), bylo parkování, kdy bylo psané parkoviště dle pokynů v 6.patře ale bylo ve 4 patře. Naštěstí tam byla cedulka s Victory apartment. Bylo přiděleno i číslo pozice, ale nevím jak jsou očíslována parkovací místa v celém parkovacím domu. Možná jsme to jen nepochopili. Každopádně vše klaplo:)

El alojamiento es bonito y está todo muy nuevo. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de gran postres y puedes llevar caminando a muchos sitios. Es tranquilo y cómodo. Y tiene todo lo necesario.

El baño olía bastante mal, de las cloacas. Teníamos que mantener los desagües tapados.

Good value for money, spacious apartments, and pleasant communication from the hosts — everything is clearly explained. I also liked that the apartments are equipped with all the necessary household appliances. A big plus is the secure parking. However, keep in mind that the parking space is quite narrow and the entrance is tight — it was quite difficult to fit in with an Audi Q5.

There is a very strong unpleasant smell in the apartment. After 3 days, all my clothes had absorbed it. Overall, it’s not very clean, especially the bathroom — the faucets are loose and rusty. The curtains do not block the windows at all, so the apartment gets very bright early in the morning, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep.
