Kemawan Luxury Villa

Le personnel est d’un professionnalisme et d’une gentillesse sans égal ! Merci à eux De plus, le nettoyage du sol et le changement des serviettes ont étaient fait plusieurs fois. Ils sont très réactifs sur whatsapp La villa est très belle et la vue de la piscine est magnifique

Les draps tachés non changé quand on leur a demandé, la douche et les wc sales, les serviettes tachées… la villa est un peu éloignée du centre et les bruits la nuit vous empêche de dormir

De ligging is net buiten Ubud, maar dat vonden wij juist heerlijk. Met een Grab of Gojek ben je zo in het centrum. De villa’s waren fantastisch! Ruimtelijk, heerlijk zwembad, top bedden, mooie ruime badkamer en het ontbijt was echt fantastisch!! Wij hebben enorm genoten. 😍

Logement idéalement situé par rapport à Ubud, au calme mais à deux pas du centre ville. Les villas sont bien pensées en terme d’espaces, la piscine est également très appréciable. Sans parler de la vue, à couper le souffle. Le personnel de l’établissement est particulièrement prêt à rendre le séjour agréable, et le petit déjeuner inclus est excellent !

Rien de spécial

1. The only thing luxurious about this villa is the pool view overlooking the rice fields. The air-conditioning in the room was also strong enough that it didn't feel warm during the hottest part of the day. 2. Breakfast was decent in terms of taste, though I only ordered once: creamy mushroom on toast with omelette - however I had mild diarrhoea after, perhaps due to the cream in the dish (I'm slightly lactose intolerant but a small amount like this should have been fine). 3. The property also has a covered parking area should you choose to rent a scooter, but note it fills up quickly overnight. 4. A plus was that I did not notice too many mosquitoes - though I was also diligent with applying insect repellent regularly.

I stayed here in Villa 3A for 6 nights in mid-August during peak season and encountered numerous issues starting from check in: 1. Biggest issue: there was no running water in the bathroom during the final night of my stay - which was promptly fixed thankfully; but then again the next morning there was again no water and a bigger issue affecting multiple villas so I ended up checking out and leaving the villa earlier than anticipated as I couldn’t even wash my hands or use the toilet. 2. The main bedroom sliding doors couldn’t be locked when I checked in, and took days to be fixed. Then after fixing, the staff left the key in the door, did not lock the main villa entrance door and the door was wide open when I returned later in the day. This is totally unacceptable as anyone could have simply walked into my villa and stolen all my personal belongings. I gave firm feedback to the staff who made the excuse of “I wasn’t here earlier in the day and it was my colleague who handled it” — which is not something you wish to hear as a guest of a “luxury” villa. 3. Upon checking in, I found the bathroom was missing bath floor towels. Also when I asked for the electric mosquito repellent plug, I was given a refill and found there was no actual plug in the room. There were also cobwebs in one of the bedside table drawers, and missing cutlery (no forks). 4. Breakfast can be ordered and is served directly to the room in the morning, but if you choose to order lunch/dinner from their partner restaurant it takes at least 30-45 minutes to arrive (in takeaway containers), and one must pay in cash rather than being able to add it to the villa tab. 5. Bathroom amenities are very basic with only shampoo and shower gel provided. Bathtub takes a long time to fill up. 6. The compound next door has roosters/chickens which crow loudly non-sto starting from 4am in the morning. Good ear plugs are a must, as well as eye shades or mask as the curtains are not completely blackout ones.
