Die Lage zum Supermarkt (Nähe Lote 9 gibt es einen Durchgang, der mit der Karte zu öffnen ist), die Nähe zum Strand, insgesamt eine sehr gepflegte Anlage, die Küche der Wohnung ist eigentlich gut ausgestattet, insgesamt war es ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut, hier und da könnte man mit wenig Aufwand einiges verbessern: neuer Mülleimer, da der Deckel kaputt war, Wein- oder Sektgläser waren gar nicht vorhanden, Polster der Couch reinigen/Bezüge der Sitzgelegenheiten wechseln, Mobiliar auf der Terrasse ist auch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen...
