Clean and central, but lots of little issues
Central location and clean, communication was quick but no apologies for issues listed below. Its a lot of small things, so if you are aware of these and need a clean and central place then this is an option.
Number of things that I have listed these below that were missing that would be easy to provide and this then would be a 9 or 10, this is often the case with agency run apartments in Croatia and too many people give a high rating and dont mention these so no changes ever made. The worse inaccuracy was a photo of a balcony with table and chairs and the aprtment listed as having a balcony as a facility on the site, where in reality its the public hallway you (or anyone else) can use to get into the apartments on that floor plus there was no table of chairs, so completely false info. I have informed booking.com off it but doubt that will make a difference so please be aware. * No shampoo/shower gel * 2 1/4 toilet rolls for 5 people for 3 nights * There was no Wi-Fi info provided, so we tried using the router details—which had been changed and didn’t work. It wasn’t until I messaged the rentor that we realized the connection info was missing, as he mentioned it the next day. * No bed linen left out for 5th on sofa bed even though we paid for the 5th person * 2 large bags of dirty laudry left in our apartment, informed rentor and never said anythinf/aplogised/collected. * Washing machine was full of dirty bed linen/towel * Shower not working properly, rain shower part broke * A dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets * Bathroom had a slight sewage smell
