Excellent location and super friendly staff
The room was a bit too cold and other guests prepared smelly food. It would have been nice to have a few goodies for breakfast besides the coffee.

Shared fridge and basic kitchen with cooking utensils (we did not use)

Comfortable bed
Provided heating was adequate.
The host was responsive and promptly offered us a change of room due to problems in our room
Even though the place was reasonably clean, the rugs near the bed and bathroom were shaggy and light which are impossible to adequately clean.
Humidity was a problem, especially on the ground floor. There was a dehumidifier in the common areas but the room itself still suffered.
There was little space for baggage and clothes.
