This location was relatively close to APSU. There was a Kroger across the street from the property. The property provided the essentials like dish detergent, salt/pepper, paper towels, toothbrush & toothpaste, etc. It was like a home away from home. It had a roof top patio with a TV, seating, games and half bath. There were 3 TVs with streaming services and Wi-Fi availability.
This property was a walk up. There were 2 flights of stairs to my apartment (a total of 22 stairs). My elderly mother was with me and the stairs were very inconvenient. It was difficult bring luggage and groceries into apartment. (A backpack would have been helpful. ) There was a construction crew that began working at 6 am next door to the property. That explained why there were ear plugs provided.
