Studio de charme

I liked the location, near the center , the local shop and bar. I loke the view from the balcony and the sitting area of the tiny studio

Except the sitting area and sofa and balcony , the corridor with 3 racks beds didn't look confy and I was happy my friend didn't come. If you want to cook something in the kitchen better bring your pots. There is swarttz machine for coffee. What I didn't like most was the complete lack of communication with host representative and host itself. I had to carry bed linen through all my long European journey because no one reply to me may I have linen & towels. I asked is it possible to arrive an hour or more earlier, no answer. I had to do several tour to the building till I get the message about the keys lock box. So whats wrong with these people? In all other towns I got instructions day before arrival, not in the minute of arrval. Next morning when I realized the key is blocked in the door lock and I cannot lock from outside the studio and leave for my day engagement, there was absolutely no any help. I used to phone, sent messages and finally the conciergery called to tell me to leave the door unlocked. No one came to check if they can take out the key. The next day the called me to ask if I managed to take out the key and to to let me know there is no artisan in the village who can repair this key lock. So 5 days I was leaving the studio with unlocked door. I do wonder what would it be if someone steal some furniture or equipment of the studio, should they ask me to pay it. I sent message also to host in the mid of my stay just to have a form to fill. As I was too busy I sent the form when I was back at home and they asked me for videoclips which is nonsense. What video can be done of a key that doesn't move. I just sent prt screen of the chats. So if no video I cannot be compensated for being forced to leave all my stuffs at god mercy for 5 days.
