Very convenient location- very short walking distance convenient stores, restaurants, shops, bus stops and subway. Room is just as pictured. Host is very responsive. The room is perfect for 1 person (or for a couple). Water temp was hot. A/C works fine.

Has washer, but no dryer. But the room had a drying rack for you to hang your clothes dry.

Location was great!

It could be cleaner. It was so dusty, it activated my allergies. I also noticed mold in the shower tiles.

The location is great, only 4-min walk to the Gangnam Subway Station and the Line 2 Gangnam Bus Station where airport express bus stops and many cross-city buses stop. Also, the host is responsive to questions.

The bed is small, no fitted sheet provided. The comforter is old. The main issue is that the hot water system takes time to figure out. The how-to video and photos do not provide details so we struggled to turn on hot water on the first day. Basically, these are the steps to get hot water (I hope the host copy this instruction and update their how-to document): 1) Turn on the water in the bath stall and keep the faucet turned slightly toward the red dot (hot) 2) Go to the wall panel outside the bathroom (near the TV) and press the right button on the second row from the bottom until you see the water- spray icon displayed on the screen 3) Keep pressing that button and the + button to see the temperature go up. 4) After the temperature goes up to 60C and above, it'll keep going up and the hot water is ready 4) WHILE TAKING A SHOWER, DO NOT TURN OFF WATER. OTHERWISE, THE WATER TEMPERATURE WILL QUICKLY GO DOWN TO COLD.

The place is very good, comfortable and cozy The place is very convenient, convenience store nearby, subway and bus stop very near. Safe place and in general very nice Owner is very kind and everything is explained in detail. I generally liked this apartment, I would totally come back
