The location is amazing, just a few steps to everything. "Pedro" was super nice,he gave us precise instructions to keep everything in top shape, and also gave us great tips to enjoy the city and surroundings. The facilities are not new but everything is functional and clean. It has everything you could need for a comfy stay, we were very surprised that all was well thought, including little details. Overall, we had a great time in Dubrovnik, and we'd definitely come back to this place.
If you're a light sleeper, better bring your earplugs and face mask as the windows are not soundproof, and you can hear everything outside. The curtains in the bedroom are also thin and don't block the light.
