Aproape de Băile Felix la 20 MN de mers pe jos. Confortabil. Curat.
Ziua se mai auzea cate o bormașină, probabil mai sunt apartamente unde se lucrează în blocul respectiv.

Schöne, geschmackvolle Innenausstattung, alles neu! Gute, ruhige Lage, kostenlose Parkplätze vor der Haustür, großes Wohn-/Esszimmer, leichter Check-in & -out.
Der Neubau ist noch nicht fertiggestellt, so dass die Fahrstühle/Lifts noch nicht funktionieren.
