We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (family of 4). Can get warm upstairs on hot days, but the window a/cs were more than adequate. Kitchen had everything we needed. No laundry on-site, but there is a laundromat in Lyndonville (about 10 mi back down the road). The only shower is upstairs, so water pressure is a bit low, and the tap is partly-broken, so it can be tricky to dial in the temp.
Great stargazing on clear nights.
Also, despite feeling pretty remote, there are small towns all around and the interstate is close by. Despite it being a beautiful week (weatherwise) in the middle og August, the area was very quiet -- no crowds, and gorgeous scenery.
