found a spider on the pillow of the master bed the house was very hard to heat - never really warmed up even tho the heat pump was on 25 pretty much the whole time

Great location. Well decorated house with adequate room for 6 family members. Easy check in.
Master bedroom was very cold despite wall heater on. Other bedrooms and rest of house was very cosy. Ensuite floor tiles were freezing. Too cold to shower in. Had to use hot water bottles in that room to make it bearable. No extractor fan in bathroom. Rubbish bins were overflowing with bottles lying on ground. Had to leave our rubbish in the house, bagged, as nowhere to dispose it. Disappointed as otherwise the house location and decor was great

It was a cute small apartment and nicely presented inside. It was also very close to the wedding my family were attending.
The rubbish bins were still full from the previous visits - I arrived at the same time as the local recycling truck so rolled that bin out myself. The lawns were terribly overgrown and made the property look unkempt. I contacted the property manager several times to get this rectified but was told the gardner wasn’t coming until next week. Not a big help to the people staying this week obviously! Disappointing.
