Great location and very spacious apartment. Worked perfectly for a business event nearby.
The property was dusty. I wouldn’t necessarily consider it “dirty” since the sofa, the bed, the sheets and the areas were fairly clean. Nevertheless, there was dust on a lot of surfaces, including the floor.

The room is half underground so when you open the window for fresh air you see people feet walking on the street and cars driving by, so a lot of dust coming into the room

Appartamento in zona Falminio, eccellente posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana e con autobus di fronte a portone di ingresso. Zona vicina al centro ma fuori da caos. Piano seminterrato, in estate è fresco. Pulito e ben tenuto. Spazioso per due persone. Consigliato
Avrei apprezzato qualche accessorio in più nel bagno come ad esempio bagnoschiuma e shampoo, ma è un dettaglio

For the price you pay they don't even provide shampoo and Shower gel, which you can find even in two stars hotels.
