the LOCATION was the best part of this rental. our neighbors were so friendly also. my girlfriends and I were pretty pleased with the accomodations. The staff was very kind and courteous.
updates-interior patched up, ceiling in living room sagging, walls patched up. mirrors needed to be in every bedroom. balcony need light. we're very clean individuals and love cleaning up after ourselves (Broom, dust pan, mop) even though that's a part of the charge(cleaning).
