Séjour champêtre à la ferme près de Pau

I booked this gîte through the website. During my search, it appeared as being located in the village where I intended to stay. Unfortunately, there was an error on Booking, and the property turned out to be located more than 500 km away. On the day of my arrival, I called the owner and explained the situation. She immediately refunded the full amount of my booking. What incredible service! I have worked in the tourism industry for more than 20 years myself, and I have rarely experienced such professionalism and kindness. Lors de ma recherche, il apparaissait dans le village où je souhaitais séjourner. Malheureusement, une erreur sur Booking a fait que le logement se trouvait en réalité à plus de 500 km de là. Le jour de mon arrivée, j'ai appelé la propriétaire pour lui expliquer la situation. Elle m'a immédiatement remboursé l'intégralité de mon séjour. Quel service exceptionnel ! Je travaille moi-même dans le secteur du tourisme depuis plus de 20 ans et j'ai rarement rencontré autant de professionnalisme et de bienveillance.
