Situation à deux pas du centre-ville mais calme, taille et confort parfaits pour un séjour en couple, bonne luminosité intérieure, balcon bien séparé des appartements voisins et avec une très belle vue, les volets électriques sont très pratiques également. Comme précisé dans l'annonce, l'appartement est au 3eme étage sans ascenseur, mais les étages ne sont pas trop hauts et il n'est pas difficile de grimper les escaliers, l'équipement est complet, plusieurs possibilités de parking, excellent rapport qualité-prix.
Pour nous, tout était parfait!

Appartement petit mais fonctionnel. Très bien situé à quelques minutes à pieds du centre ville avec une magnifique vue sur la ville.
Trois étage sans ascenseur ce qui peut être difficile pour monter les bagages.
