Ground Floor front 2 bed condo at Jacobs Landing

Location was great. You can walk to grocery store, restaurants and by the beach. Short drive to water slides and fun park and birch bay national park.

I liked 95% of everything except 1 thing. But everything like the condo, location, amenities and etc is fabulous. I would highly recommend people rent the place but respect it since it's nice and someone's personal property. I say treat the place as if you owned and highly valued it.

I didn't really fancy the $210 cleaning fee but I run a business myself and understand the cost of doing business. So I can accept this fee. The main thing was the hoops I had to jump through regarding the self identity verification. It was very difficult for me to do but I eventually finished it. Also, the security deposit was a 2 option thing. One option was $400 refundable, and the other one was a $47.00 non refundable one. I took the cheaper one. So it's not really a complaint per se but I just found it a bit unusual. However, I will say that it was worth it in the end since the place is very nice and has a great location. I also guess that I'm spoiled because I used to live in Europe and the hotels and guest houses there ( besides England) do not charge a security deposit. Also, they don't make you jump through hoops to book it. But again, in the end, it was worth it. I also understand why the West makes people jump through hoops renting hotels and guest houses. It's because there is a greater likelihood for some people to not take care of or respect a rental dwelling as opposed to the average EU citizen.
