Les Elles du Moulin Avec Piscine

The apartment is excellent: exceptionally clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, and maintained to a very high standard. The location is outstanding and makes a perfect base for exploring Avignon and the surrounding Provence region. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated their hospitality.

The description of the outdoor area could be clearer. The listing states that guests can enjoy a terrace and garden, with outdoor furniture and a barbecue “providing ample space for relaxation and alfresco dining.” The pool is identified as shared in the facilities list, while the plan provided with the listing shows a separate area marked “Votre Terrasse”, which gives the impression of a private guest outdoor space. In reality, the “Votre Terrasse” is a small seating area with a table and two chairs in one corner of the garden. It is located only a few metres from the hosts’ terrace and is fully visible from it, so there is essentially no outdoor privacy. Future guests should also be aware that this is the home of an active family of four. During our two-week stay, the hosts and their family used the garden, terrace and pool as their normal everyday living space throughout most days and many evenings. The outdoor areas therefore function primarily as a shared family space rather than as a private guest relaxation area. On our final two evenings, the hosts held gatherings in the garden and on their terrace, and due to the close proximity it was not possible for us to comfortably use the outdoor seating area. If you are looking for a high-quality apartment and plan to spend most of your time sightseeing, this is an excellent choice. However, if outdoor privacy is important and you expect to spend quiet afternoons or summer evenings outside, this accommodation may not meet your expectations.

Très bien équipé, c’est très propre, la piscine commune très agréable. Les Proprio très sympa.

Comme il faisait chaud l’air conditionné était allumé à notre arrivé juste de quoi rafraîchir la pièce sans pour autant y geler, une attention appréciée après des heures de trajets en voiture. Et un petit plouf dans une jolie piscine.
