Very clean. Toiletries provided. Very accommodating with my request for additional blanket and late check-out. I asked where to buy cake and they sent me one instead.

เพดาห้องกับหลังคาอยู่ใกล้กันไปหน่อย ช่วงกลางวันถ้าไม่เปิดแอร์ทิ้งไว้เลย อากาศจะร้อน โดยเฉพาะห้องด้านหลัง

We stayed here for four nights as a family and had a wonderful experience. The host was extremely responsive and always replied to our messages very quickly, and they were consistently friendly and helpful. Whenever we had any issues, such as a temporary water supply problem, they arrived within about 30 minutes and resolved it right away. Their response time was truly impressive. On the night we arrived, we arranged a time to meet the host at the house to settle the payment, and they were very flexible and accommodating with our schedule. They also gave us helpful suggestions about places to visit in Da Nang. Since the washing machine instructions were in Vietnamese and we didn’t know how to use it, the host kindly came and showed us how it works. We also forgot to bring international plug adapters, and they quickly brought two adapters for us shortly after we asked. Check-in and check-out were both very smooth and convenient. The house itself is excellent. It’s a two-storey house with three bedrooms, very clean and comfortable. The facilities are complete — there is a kitchen, a place to dry clothes, a small fish pond area, and a large TV where we could watch Netflix. Everything was well prepared and very comfortable for our family. The location is also fantastic. As soon as you walk downstairs there are many places to explore, shops, and restaurants. It’s in a very lively and convenient area. The price is also very reasonable, and my whole family had a very happy stay here.

The only small issue was that there were quite a few mosquitoes because it was the rainy season when we visited, but after buying mosquito coils and spray, the problem was easily solved.
