Beschikbaarheid van een parking.
In de nabijheid van supermarkt en diverse restaurants.
Modern en mooi ingericht. Keuken met alles wat we nodig hadden.
Lijstje met restaurants dat we kregen was niet meer up to date. Er ontbraken vaat- en handdoeken in de keuken.

La localización, que estaba todo muy limpio y recién reformado
El garaje con las plazas estrechas y con columnas con poco espacio difícil para maniobrar.
En la cocina y en el baño había pequeñas hormigas.

On a tout aimé : de la décoration à l'équipement, le bacon vue mer, l'agencement, la situation idéale pour tout faire à pied (centre et plage) et proche du Teide, de Santa Cruz, départ idéal pour découvrir l’île, l'arrivée en autonomie, les diverses informations transmises, très bonne communication. Une adresse à retenir !

The apartment was really nice and fully equipped with everything you need in kitchen and bathroom. Location was also good, close to center and ocean. Nice balcony. Private parking space.
When we arrived (almost an hour after check-in), the cleaning lady was still there saying she needed at least an extra hour to clean, which was really annoying after traveling with a baby and after the host asked us several times about our arrival time. Also, the toilet was leaking. The host was supposed to fix it but didn't come while we were there - we were turning off the water.
Parking in the parking lot was quite difficult, especially with a larger car - small spaces and posts between them.
