Great location, clean property

Could have done with more bedsheets for pull out sods

Location was perfect. Communication with the host was easy too. It was a very nice apartment in the center of the shops.

The location was fantastic. Right in the center and within walking distance of a lot of things. Decent size for myself, my husband and our toddler. There was a crib provided free of charge which was amazing. There was basic kitchen facilities, we didn't use them, but there was enough to keep you going if you wanted to use it. The check in done via a lock box down the street, so this was a little a hard to find, but easy enough once located. The bathroom is located in the bedroom, so if you are booking for a bigger group, with someone using the pull out couch, be aware of this. Overall a lovely place right in the center of it all, that was perfect for our short family trip in London.

The only negative is its on the second floor with very narrow, winding stairs, so getting luggage up can be hard. We were continuing on our holiday after, so had two large suitcases. But I don't think this would put me off booking again, especially if I was traveling with smaller bags.

Je ne peux pas juger cet appartement car nous n'y avons pas séjourné. En effet au dernier moment, l'hôte m'a contacté pour m'annoncer qu'il y a avait un problème électrique nous empêchant d'y séjourner. Un certain Alex (alors que l'hôte s'appelait Jessica) nous a donc trouvé un autre appartement avec les même caractéristiques. Celui étant situé près de la gare alors que nous devions être en plein centre, nous a obligé à utiliser le métro plus que prévu. J'ai demandé une compensation financière et il m'a été proposé un remboursement de 10%. Quand on sait que nous n'avions de toutes façons pas le choix sinon c'était la rue, c'est est un peu faible. Cela dit l'appartement situé proche de la gare était en tout point correspondant à l'autre.

Changement de logement au dernier moment, une chambre extrêmement bruyante car collée à un bar, obligé de déplacer le matelas dans le salon pour espérer faire une nuit complète
