Ωραίο δωμάτιο με ωραίο μπάνιο.Καθαρό και προσεγμένο.Πολύ βολικό σημείο,στα 100 μέτρα είναι ο σταθμός ηλεκτρικού.
Λίγο με την κλειδαριά είχα θέμα γιατί ανοίγει δύσκολα.

Είναι σε καλό σημείο στη Νέα Ιωνία με κοντά τη στάση του μετρό. Το γήπεδο ΟΑΚΑ είναι μόνο δύο στάσεις μακριά με το μέτρο γεγονός που μας εξυπηρέτησε πολύ. Ηταν καθαρό και είχε τα απαραίτητα. Έχει πολύ ωραίο μπαλκόνι και μπαίνει φυσικό φως στον χώρο. Επίσης, ο οικοδεσπότης μας άφησε αναψυκτικά και σνακ στο ψυγείο.
Η κλειδαριά στο διαμέρισμα είναι λίγο δύσκολη στο κλείδωμα και το ξεκλείδωμα. Επίσης, δεν είχε πιστολάκι και σίδερο.

Πεντακάθαρο, όμορφο δωμάτιο, ήσυχη περιοχή με εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Θα ήθελα ένα τραπεζάκι στο μπαλκόνι για τον πρωινό καφέ. Είναι στον 3ο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ (εμείς δεν είχα πρόβλημα κάναμε τη γυμναστική μας 😋).
Δν είχε ζεστό νερό, ήταν χλιαρό προς κρύο.
