The property has modern finishes and is very well located to the beach.

The check-in process was very complicated and the links to open doors and the deposit payment did not work. It was quite a stressful process as I could not access the property when I wanted to check-in and the contact number to call does not work. I had to wait outside until they contacted me. The apartment was clean, however the floors could have been cleaned better. I think a glass had previously been dropped and broken on the floor and cleaned up properly as I did stand on a tiny piece of glass on the floor that cut into my foot.

The apartment was very good and in a good place. Going to the beach and the promenade was facilitated by using the elevator, for which there is a special key to the gate. The apartment was equipped with everything needed and was nicely cool and very refreshing, especially at night. It was really nice to stay and thanks to the hosts for their hospitality.

The shower was a bit of a problem, it leaked from the side, but the water pressure was great.

The location is ideal, near to the beach and a far walk from the train to get into Malaga. The staff had good communication when there were issues. It was well equipped, whatever you needed it had. For the amount of time we spent in the apartment it was fine but if you are looking for somewhere to actually spend time in I would avoid

The property had a damp smell when we arrived. We had the air con over night and woke up to the whole floor wet through and some of our things wet due to the condensation. This probably played a roll in the smell of the apartment also, we were told to mop it up and not have the aircon as low to avoid this. Be aware as the apartment is on the ground floor there is a lack of windows and air. There is a big window but leads right on to the street so we kept the shutter down.
