The house was spacious and the mountain views were very lovely! The living room was big and the dining room table was very nice and built for group dinners. The kitchen was also well-equipped and came with a fondue set. The bed was surprisingly comfy and the sheets and blankets were very soft, too. The location is also very good: A bit outside of downtown Chamonix but a 10-minute walk to the grocery stores at the beginning of the downtown core, so it's not too bad at all!
The wifi is terrible. We did a speed test and it rated as very low in terms of speed. If you're more than one person remote working forget it. One of you will need a hotspot or to go to the nearby library. The rental company did send someone to check it out but they unfortunately couldn't fix it and in the end we were told, "The owner guarantees wifi, not fast wifi." The unit also faces the street and you can hear cars at all hours of the night, making it a choice between closing the window and being hot or leaving it open and the bedroom being a bit noisy.

La situation de l’hébergement au calme à la sortie de chamonix mais en quelques minutes on arrive au centre-ville à pieds. Très lumineux avec une vue à couper le souffle sur tous les sommets enneigés. Pas de vis à vis. Plein de rando et balade à faire en partant de l’appartement. Super équipé top les 2 salles de bain wc. Belle déco dans le thème montagne. Parking extérieur gratuit très bien. Très facile à trouver récupération des clés top tout est très bien détaillé.

Sauf la porte de la salle de bain qui grince beaucoup et aurait besoin d’un petit réglage car bruyant la nuit si on utilise les toilettes. Rien de grave.
