La propreté ,le mobilier récent, la douche, les explications claires et précises de la part du propriétaire.
Bruit des voitures les fenêtres ouvertes car Rue un peu passante mais pas très gênant.

Studio très agréable tout est neuf,situé à 2 pas de l'abbaye il n'y manque rien. Endroit calme au centre de la commune. Parking à proximité. Pour un prix des plus abordables

Nice apartment, fully equipped kitchen,
Hard to locate, the building has no sign (no 4, just guess it's between 2 and 6😥), entry is a garage door, instructions came by mail 30 minutes after a tried to call the contact phone. Then it became easy to pass the 2 access points (electronic code door and keybox).
