The property was comfortable.

the towels and bedding were quite dated. It desperately needs to be replaced. It was quite noisy inside and outside the building.

It’s clean, very well decorated, not your standard hotel bedroom. The rooms have personality and you feel at home.

Great location, good design, spacious and light, mine also came with a small slightly abandoned balcony, but it’s good to have in any case. Very handy that they have a laundy below that you can ulitise. Good checkin system, once you get the right number - the one they give you on Booking isn’t the right one,

Now, this is where I debated on what score to leave as mine will be one of the first reviews here, and I really don’t want to do any harm to yhe business but I also cannot lie. I could not give this property a higher score than 6, due to the fact that I could not sleep AT ALL. There is constant loud construction noise happening right on the street outside, day AND night. They did not stop, the lovely cement mixer started around 10pm and lasted until 5am. Absolutely excruciating and unfortunately the hotel didn’t really seem to do much apart from apologise and asked for my understanding stating that they also didn’t know. This, I personally find bizzare, as the site looked like it had been there for weeks. The hotel manager also did not offer any compentation for the huge disturbance and lack of sleep. I only stayed there 3 nights, but I would have had to move if I had been there longer as nothing was done about it. Hotel were quick to take my money but not offer any compensation me for the lack of providing peaceful sleep. It did not help that front doors to the room and the balcony had a huge gap at the bottom of the doors as well as singe glazed windows. I was so sleep deprived, it was awful. I would also add that is property, while it says it’s new on here, it is not, the furniture does show wear & tear.
