衛浴只有一間，10個人住非常不方便。

設備齊全，很多小細節房屋主人都設想周到如急救包、廚房紙巾、備品、延長線、充電頭等等，非常用心，讓外國人完整體驗日本家庭生活的型態，彷彿真正的家！ 洗脫烘的洗衣機超級好用，衣服烘完也不會皺，且快速！這間住宿很適合長時間渡假，適合小家庭旅行。
清潔可以再加強，如床單、浴室等會有些頭髮，浴室只有一間，人多的話洗澡要等很久不太方便。
