I liked that everything was new – the whole building is brand new.
During the first few days, the shower drain was completely clogged. Throughout the entire stay, the water in the shower was only lukewarm at best, which was very frustrating.
There was also a constant bad smell like garbage in the hallway of the building.
Access to the parking was inconvenient – I had to explain to the security guards every single time that I was staying in short-term accommodation. They did not offer any simple or permanent solution for parking access during my stay.
