L’accès à la mer et la présence d’une piscine. En plus, l’appartement duplex était très beau avec vue sur la mer.

Design and distance to batroun and the cost at this time of year
If u r a light sleeper then u can’t sleep there. Windows needs more glazing and wood flooring on the mezzanine is noisy. Walls don’t block noise at all. Single Beds need better mattresses It is as if your are sleeping outdoor. You can hear every car passing by and cars pass 24/7 there.
To be honest I don’t know about the higher floors as I was staying with my kids at the ground floor in a room with 2 bedroom and 3 beds.
