Masseria dei Preti

Pros: Masseria dei Preti is just a s beautiful as the pictures show. Generous size bedrooms eith everything you need for a comfortable stay. A pool that is one of the nicest I've had the pleasure to use, it's simply stunning, I'd definitely recommend. Perfect for couples and families. Lovely staff would definitely recommend.

Cons: The hotel isn't within walking distance to any restaurants so if you want to eat out you have to drive. There are places close by but you can't walk to them. There's also no taxi service so its not possible to eat off site without driving. We also found the catering facility onsite restrictive. You can eat a set menu dinner at the restaurant onsite but only one menu is served each evening. There is no choice of even 2 or 3 options. While they try to accomodate diet restrictions and children they option is very restricted and at a set price this can make dining at the restaurant an expensive option. We only dined once and the food was nice. There is a brunch service in certain hours. Breakfast was a little repetitive. While I wouldn't let these things put me off booking again they did make the property a little less convenient. I think less restrictive catering options / service would make a huge difference. Especially for families staying. We definitely would have eaten more in the restaurant in the evenings if that had been the case. There is a supermarket close bye to pick up food and a small fridge in the room so you can store snacks.

Super schöne Anlage mit tollem ruhigem Garten und Pool, sehr gepflegt und sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht

Einzige Verbesserung: Handtücher für den Pool sollten zur Verfügung gestellt werden (5€ pro Handtuch extra in einem Hotel mit Pool sollte nicht sein)

Beautiful property very peaceful with friendly helpful staff

30 minute walk in to Coversano. The road is busy with no paths so it felt quite dangerous. Also in the heat it was very exhausting. A courtesy vehicle (happy to have paid for this) to and from Conversano would have made a massive difference. Also in the evening the hotel lacked atmosphere/anywhere nice to sit and have a drink.
