We liked the view, the appartement was spacious, and we parked in a front of the house, they had their own parking.
We didn't like the smell in the appartment, we felt like we sleep in the bathroom. Such a strong smell was coming like from the sewage system and the whole appartment smelled bad. Also the second day the water pressure was down in the morning, and when we came back in the evening was down still no water to take a shower and to use the bathroom freely. It wasn't pleasent.
