It was in a small village. So peace and quiet. The property is big and nicely managed. Lawn mower runs automatically every day almost soundlessly. Grass is being automatically irrigated very day. The pool can be heated which is great.
It could have a bushes around the fence. Otherwise, no recommendations.

Sehr schöne neue Villa, etwas außerhalb von Porec, aber Meerblick nicht wirklich gegeben. In etwa 10 Minuten ist man im Zentrum. Sehr sehr sauber, schöne Ausstattung, traumhafter Außenbereich mit perfektem Pool. Sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Vermieterin über WhatsApp jederzeit erreichbar, wirklich freundlich. CheckIn und CheckOut extrem unkompliziert. Wir konnten uns dort als Familie wirklich gut erholen und auch die Kinder habens geliebt. Betten sehr gemütlich, alles einfach nur perfekt. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!!!
Der Zaun hätte etwas höher gebaut werden können, aber das ist Meckern auf ganz hohem Niveau.

Der Pool war ein Highlight!
Dass es keinen Sichtschutz an den Zäunen gab, alles vom Grundstück war von außerhalb einsehbar.
