Adorei a localização, mesmo em frente ao mar e com acesso privado dos condóminos à Praia da Califórnia, o que fez toda a diferença. Também fica muito perto do centro, por isso foi possível fazer quase tudo a pé. A casa era muito confortável, bem equipada e a vista para o mar era simplesmente incrível. As janelas enormes faziam parecer que estávamos a olhar para uma verdadeira tela.
O único ponto menos positivo foi a instalação elétrica. Algumas tomadas não correspondiam à divisão onde estavam (por exemplo, tomadas do quarto ligadas à sala), o que se tornava pouco prático. Além disso, o quarto não tinha candeeiros, nem mesas de cabeceira, apenas a luz principal, o que dificultava um ambiente mais confortável para ler ou relaxar à noite.
