Mandala Eco Resort Lombok

Wonderful resort in a very idyllic location. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to assist. The included breakfast each morning was amazing - we really enjoyed the daily Indonesian "snacks" that were part of breakfast. The resort was good enough to spend a whole day just relaxing around the pool or you could just as easily take a trip to the beach or even the Secret Gilis for snorkeling. So good!

A brochure/booklet of available tours & resort facilities & services & room service menu in each room would be good - rather than having to ask the staff day. Otherwise, we loved the place.

The staff were truly amazing and made our stay special. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The property is new, fresh, and very clean. Even though it is eco-friendly, insects and mosquitoes are well managed. The rooms are spacious and feel luxurious. The beautiful views are very relaxing and make the stay worthwhile.

There are a few areas that could be improved. The access road to the hotel is in very poor condition. Our taxi driver refused to drive to the property, and we were left stranded. Thankfully, the hotel staff came to help us and handled the situation exceptionally well. We strongly recommend arranging transport directly with the hotel instead of using local taxis. As the property is still new, some outdoor areas look unfinished and overgrown. The outdoor bathroom can also be partly seen from the upper floor of a nearby building, which reduces privacy. The biggest disappointment was the food. The inclusive breakfast à la carte menu is very limited, especially considering how isolated the hotel is. Other hotels on the island offer a much wider selection, including a more generous complimentary breakfast menu. The food prices are also quite high, which made the overall dining experience less enjoyable.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Mandala Eco Lodge à Lombok ! Les chambres sont magnifiques, très propres, confortables et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. On s'y sent immédiatement bien. L'accueil a été remarquable : toute l'équipe est d'une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriante, attentionnée et disponible pour rendre le séjour parfait. Leur hospitalité fait vraiment la différence. Le cadre est paisible, idéal pour se détendre et profiter de la beauté de Lombok. Tout est pensé pour offrir une expérience authentique et relaxante. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et reviendrons sans hésiter. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour ce séjour inoubliable. Nous recommandons cet établissement à 100 % !

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Mandala Eco Resort. De villa’s zijn prachtig en sfeervol ingericht, met comfortabele bedden, goede douches en een schitterend uitzicht. Ook het zwembad is heerlijk. Het eten was van hoge kwaliteit en het ontbijt was uitgebreid en gevarieerd. Wat ons verblijf vooral bijzonder maakte, was het ontzettend vriendelijke, behulpzame en gastvrije personeel. Ook de massages waren erg fijn. Je merkt dat het resort met veel liefde en aandacht is opgezet.

Het resort is nog vrij nieuw en op enkele punten volop in ontwikkeling. De toegangsweg kan nog wat verbeterd maar daar zijn ze mee bezig. En iets meer sfeer creëren in het restaurant.
