Balcony with the view.
First and most important- apartment was very dirty, maybe not cleaned at all before our arrival. Dirty spots or fingeprints everywhere- on dishes, taps, shower was greasy and dirty, kitchen tables and fridge not cleaned, in order to use dishes we washed them all. Simply no hygiene standards. Hair on the bedsheets, in the bathroom. The balcony furniture shown in the picture is not true, there was other dirty uncomfortable chairs and a table. Lucky there was cleaning liquids in the apartment, so we could clean everything ourselves. I advice for the owners to use them as well.
