Still nice and convenient location. Very nice furnishing.
Central location, brand new decoration, clean and tidy. Spacious and comfortable.
The communal stairs leading to the apartment can be quite dark to get around and quite run down. But this is a communal corridor and stairs so it is not quite the property’s problem. Single glazing so it can get quite noisy.
