    This hotel is in a very good location at Southern end of the boardwalk., breakfast was good and complementary the room is spacious. They have HBO and Wi-Fi.. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

    I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Buena Casa Hotel. While I will acknowledge that the front desk staff are kind and accommodating, that is unfortunately the only positive part of this experience. Although the room was clean upon arrival, the hotel imposes unreasonably strict and unjust charges for even the smallest dirt or stain left behind. This feels excessive and unfair, especially considering the overall condition and amenities of the room. Guests are expected to bring absolutely everything themselves—there is no toothbrush, toothpaste, coffee, tea, refrigerator, or kettle provided. For a hotel stay, this is unacceptable and very inconvenient. The pillows are ridiculously thin. You can barely feel that there is a pillow at all, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. The room door is incredibly difficult to open. I repeatedly had to ask for assistance just to enter my own room, which is both frustrating and embarrassing. Water pressure and temperature are completely unreliable. Sometimes there is no water at all, and other times the water suddenly becomes scalding hot, even when set to the lowest temperature. This is unsafe and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the hotel charges outrageously high fees for the tiniest stain, which feels like guests are being taken advantage of rather than treated fairly. Overall, this stay was stressful and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are prepared for poor facilities, strict penalties, and unexpected charges.
