Host was very friendly and adaptable to my flexible arrival time. I was travelling on my own, just needed somewhere nice, simple and affordable to sleep. This place ticked all the boxes.

Not far from the center of London. Low cost. Close to the Tube - less than 10 minutes walk. Pleasant host. Flexible with checkin. The neighbourhood felt safe. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Cleanliness was okay but the apartment generally is not a quality finish.
Kitchen seemed ok but I didn't use it.
Room. security could be better. The handle did have an electronic opening device but the door looked like a 10 year old could push open the door. Gap at the top of the door. Key to the door close by so that anyone could get in if they wanted to. No bedside table or power close by for a lamp - the room light switch was only beside the door not by the bed.
Bathroom - some DIY repairs to tiling in the shower - and the water system wasn't very easy to use.
