Modern house on top of a hill with a lovely view of the water. New appliances and well-stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to cook dinner.
There were two things about this property that, for us, kept our review from being a 10/10....noting that these are our personal preferences.
First, the comfort of the beds and pillows. The bed with the ensuite is comfortable, but the other queen bed, for us, was far too hard and the pillows did not seem to be very good quality. We both woke up stiff and sore. The third bed, described as a "full bed" is a small double bed, which was way too small for the third couple staying at the property. It was also not very comfortable (looks like a kid's room usually?), so this is something to keep in mind if you're expecting an adult couple to stay in that room.
Second, given that the house sleeps 6 people, it would be great to have a couch that could hold six people (or an extra couch for us all to sit on). The living room has a great TV and dining table, but there is only one couch which seats 3-4 people maximum. Maybe another couch is needed?
Hopefully someone finds these observations helpful if they prefer a softer mattress and some more cosy seating arrangements.
