We were so tired after a long flight. The property was a matter of perhaps a 10 minute drive from Heathrow and so easy to find. The host was great at communicating with me when I had a few questions so I knew exactly where to park ( for free being a bonus) and where to find the key so I could let myself in. The host had thought of everything. The room had an en-suite with a nice hot shower and plenty of towels. The bed was super comfortable and we slept so well. It was an unusually hot night but we had a huge, powerful fan to keep us cool. Little extras eg the ironing board tucked away, the complimentary Pepsi and the milk in the fridge, the coffee and tea, shower gel and shampoo were all greatly appreciated. There were plenty of sockets to charge phones etc and even a washing machine! The next day we were refreshed and ready to continue our drive home. The property is amazing value for money, spotlessly clean, so convenient for the airport and very comfortable. We will 100% stay again when we have flights from Heathrow and recommend the property to others. Thank you.

Absolutely nothing.

Very clean and homely — not a typical hotel feel, but a real “home away from home” atmosphere. Everything is beautifully designed and clearly done with love and attention to detail. There’s a small kitchenette where you can prepare something simple, plus tea and coffee available. The bed linen is fresh, the mattress is comfortable, and everything is spotless. I would highly recommend this place. The host is absolutely lovely and very kind.
